My buddy and I took our girlfriends out to the coast last weekend for a romantic weekend.

We shared the cost of a bungalow on the beachfront.

It wasn’t terribly expensive and the place had two master bedrooms. I got the pick, because I paid all of the additional fees and it was my idea to go in the first place. I was most excited about the fireplace in the master suite. I didn’t even think we would need the heater at all with a fireplace in the bedroom, but the wind was whipping outside and that made the temperature feel even colder than it actually was. It was 50° outside, but the wind chill made it feel like it was closer to the freezing mark. The fireplace in our room was really nice, but I’m glad there was a heater. I’m not sure that my girlfriend and I would have been warm enough with just the fireplace. While we were there for the weekend, we spent some time walking by the water. We collected some seashells and even got some clams. We took the clams back to the house and we had a huge boil. We boiled the clams with some salt water, chili paste, and chicken flavoring. We also put some Old Bay seasoning in the pot. We added sausage, potatoes, crab legs, shrimp, and some corn. By the time the clams were done cooking with everything else, the whole pot smelled and tasted like a million bucks. Saturday night we sat in front of an outdoor bonfire and ate our seafood with a six pack of wine.

There is a parts and service center for HVAC systems in town and the place has absolutely everything you might need for heating, ventilation, or air conditioning systems.

I could spend all day looking at different parts and peices and still only see half the showroom floor. They even have general parts and equipment for air filtration systems and air purifiers. The business services commercial and residential Heating and AC repair companies. I have a business of my own and I buy all of my parts from the HVAC system warehouse. Even when I need something that is hard to find, I can always count on the parts and service center. Last month I needed an old part for a radiator and I knew it was going to be difficult to find. The radiator was easily 60 years old and in rough shape. The homeowner was trying to keep the house as close to the original as possible and therefore, she wanted to keep the radiator in the front room. I suggested a couple of items that would look real and antique, but she was convinced that the radiator had to be original to the house. I told the woman that the HVAC system warehouse would have the part and if they did not, then no one would. I contacted the director of services for the company and I spoke directly on the phone with someone about the part. It took 3 days to find the part in their overstock warehouse, but they did have exactly what we needed to get the job completed.

I was back to slinging paint with our buddy, who owns a painting company & had some work for myself and others while I am here in town.

I heard all about the latest & greatest & most of it was about cash & things.

I am glad I am not in this cash device enjoy I was. Seems enjoy all most people does is replace this & that on their condo & buy newer & bigger cars. It feels as though they are never glad where they are & are regularly looking for ways to spend their cash. The local company our friend owns could support myself and others for a long time just with a month of work. But for him, it is only enough to pay half of his bills each month. He is a local business & does HVAC component repairs & new upgrades, & his fiance also works full time at his job. They have three adolescents & he told myself and others they need to pull in $15k a month to survive, & I thought I had a lot of bills at $1250 a month! Wow, I could work 1 month a year doing heating & cooling repairs enjoy he does & take off the rest of the year. I live a truly straight-forward life & have a lot of free time on our hands, unlike our friend who seems to have filled every last minute with an obligation or some kind of work. I do some HVAC technology sales occasionally to make a little cash but nothing enjoy our neighbor has to do constantly.

I assume it all comes down to finding what you entirely enjoy to do & doing it until you can’t do it anymore.

It is also about helping people as much as you can & having the things you need to live a nice life.

You entirely don’t need that much stuff though, you may want a lot of things, but you entirely don’t need a lot of things to be glad. If you are doing what you enjoy then you entirely don’t want much else, so try & find that thing that you enjoy to do & do it. Heat pump repairs make myself and others cash, despite the fact that I wouldn’t say it is what I entirely enjoy to do. I enjoy playing songs & playing drums in our band, & that is what I am focused on doing for the rest of our life. I do some ductwork cleaning & repairs each month to put food on the table & to give myself and others a location to stay, despite the fact that I try to spend most of our energy on practicing singing & playing the drums in our band. I was doing comedy for over 15 years but got sleepy of the scene so I changed over to songs & am so glad I made the switch. I played in a ton of clubs without weather conditions control in front of aggressive audiences, but no more will I do that. I am glad to play songs on the streets or in bars with our band & I am glad that I had the guts to make the change at 55 years old.

Are you considering getting a new HVAC system in your house? Perhaps you have been told by your heating and cooling company that you should consider a new heating and cooling system? Well, I understand the trepidation you are probably feeling. People think that replacing their HVAC system is going to be extremely costly and take a long time to get done and just be a general pain in the neck. In fact, lots of people think they might have to actually take out a loan to get their heating and cooling system replaced. Well, come to find out, yes my AC was sick. Because my house is in a very small town, there really is only one HVAC company to use. My property manager called them and the AC guru came out for a service call. That is when he informed me that my heating and cooling system was 20 years old and he was no longer able to find parts to keep it running. He brought in the HVAC consultant from his office to help me figure out my best options. They Even helped me by splitting the bill into two equal payments. Don’t be afraid of calling in an HVAC consultant if you need one, and don’t be afraid of getting your heating and cooling system repaired or replaced.

I have always gotten in my car and let it run for a few minutes before I get into it on winter mornings.

I do this for two reasons, or possibly three reasons.

First, I want the heater to get the car nice and warm so that when I get in it it is all heated up. Second, I want the heater and the defroster to work to get the ice crystals off of the front and back windshields. Third, I I have always thought that running the car so that it gets a little heated up before driving is for the engine. I recently read an article, though, that says you should not let your car run on cold winter mornings, we should just get in it and drive. Are you accustomed to heating up the engine before you start driving your car? I really don’t know what the right answer is. There is one thing I will say, though, and that is why do you prefer to have the heater running when I get in the car and also have the heater already done its job and made the car nice and warm. Do you think? I still really don’t know, but I tend to think there is no problem with running the car and turning on the heater while it’s still just idling in the driveway. I read something that letting your car idle actually pulls the oil away from the necessary Parts where the oil is needed. I don’t know about you, but I definitely want the heater on in my car in the mornings. Whether that means I have to wait and just turn the heater on after I am ready to start driving or whether that means I should leave the car idling with the heater running, I just don’t know.

My daughter likes to take vacations. She prefers to take two vacations each year, and if she cannot take both of them, she feels as if she is exhausted. I understand how she feels, but I rarely take two Vacations per year. In fact, I don’t always take even one vacation every year. I find vacations to be quite expensive and really kind of a luxury. Plus, I am not a fan of all the planning and everything it takes to take a vacation, especially if that means I have to go on a plane and put up with all that nonsense at the airport. There is one place I absolutely cannot stand to go, it is the airport. Anyway, my daughter is on vacation right now. She took her first vacation in the summer near her birthday, which is in June, and she and her boyfriend went to Jamaica. I had to laugh when she got home because she had a miserable time in Jamaica. I know how she feels, and I knew she would not like that island. half the time she was there, there was no air conditioning to be found. A Caribbean island is just no place to be without AC. Air conditioning really is essential to Americans at least. Well, now, she is on her Christmas Vacation oh, and she has chosen to rent a cabin in the mountains. All I can say is, I hope the cabin has sufficient heating. It is in a Southern state, but it is in the northern part of it with a bunch of mountains and forests around. In other words, it is freezing cold. We have never needed Heating in this state as much as we have this year. I turned my heater on quite a while ago, and I have not turned it off since. I have the thermostat set to 70 degrees, and I leave it there day and night. I hope that this little vacation cabin my daughter has gotten has a decent heating system. I also hope that it is one that is simple to use, because if it’s a furnace with a pilot light, she probably won’t know how to turn it on.

In our Southern State, we have a lot of elderly people.

Many old folks live in their own homes or in-homes with their family members, but there are also millions of elderly folks who live in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

It has happened in the past that the nursing homes have not kept their heating and cooling systems up to par, so when the cold winter weather arrives unexpectedly, the heaters don’t work or the heaters don’t work efficiently. We often see events on the news where elderly folks are hospitalized or even have passed away because of insufficient Heating. This happens not only down here in the south, of course, but up in the north as well. It may be even more common up north because the elderly people do not often feel they can afford the luxury of heating. Obviously, heaters are not a luxury in the winter. They are a necessity. I often find myself worrying about the people who live in nursing homes down here because we are not accustomed to using the heater all the time. There are many years that go by when the furnace is not necessary. There are even people living and working in these nursing homes who do not know how to use a heater. Because of all that I find myself worrying a little and hoping the nursing home situation is okay during this unusual cold snap.If you have a loved one who lives in an assisted living facility or in a nursing home, please go check on that and make sure that they have the heating systems working properly in their rooms, plenty of blankets, and perhaps a nice sweater or two to wear in order to take advantage of their own body heating systems. My sibling saw an ad in the newspaper last week.

The ad started with the words, ‘How lucky are you?’ in bold print, and sizable enough that even a blind woman could see them.

The local Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier was running a contest, then you could win a brand current Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, or your choice of a oil furnace or a/c unit. They were also donating an air purification program to one lucky person, and a ductless Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. Altogether, there were several different Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems being given away. It cost $10 for a ticket, and the drawing was going to be on December 1. My Dad was mulling over how lucky she was when dad got home. She told her there was no way she was going to win a current Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, however even if she did, they had just obtained a brand current Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, complete with a whole-new home whole-house air purifier. The two of us didn’t need another Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, so she should save her money. Dad was thinking it would be a gift for Grandma and Grandpa, however dad said no. She would not donate money to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier when she had just paid for a current Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. Dad shouted it was her money, and she could spend it any way she wanted. Dad stomped off to make brunch, and dad sat down with her newspaper, then when she opened it up, there was the Heating, Ventilation & A/C ad about the contest. I had to disclose that it was hard to ignore, but I thought it was just another gimmick to get money off people.

Dad was an avid seamstress and with pretty much everyone coming to her for special dresses, she told dad she needed a room just for her doing crafts machines; She had taken over the spare family room for people to try clothing on, despite the fact that she had her doing crafts machine in the closet.

Dad offered to build a room off the condo where she could have her doing crafts machine, a fitting room, and a room for all her supplies, but the only thing she was unsure of was if they could extend the Heating, Ventilation & A/C program into that area, but she called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier and asked if someone could look at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. She told them she was building an addition on the condo and wanted to know what she could do for Heating, Ventilation & A/C. when the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist arrived she diagnosed the HVAC duct, oil furnace, and a/c unit. She said she thought the room was going to be too far away to benefit from the current Heating, Ventilation & A/C system; Putting HVAC duct through the concrete was going to be fancy. She recommended they consider a mini split Heating, Ventilation & A/C program for the addition… After talking to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist, she asked about installing radiant heated flooring in the bathroom. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist told dad that could be done with electric heat tapes; It would not be anymore fancy than what all of us were currently paying. Dad was finally going to have the doing crafts room she always wanted, with private areas for her paying buyers. The ductless Heating, Ventilation & A/C program and radiant heated flooring were just one more plus for her and her buyers, and she was going to teach me how to sew.
