In our Southern State, all of us have a lot of elderly people, many old folks live in their own homes or in-homes with their family members, however there are also millions of elderly folks who live in nursing homes plus assisted living facilities, and it has happened in the past that the nursing homes have not kept their heating plus cooling systems up to par, so when the cold Winter time weather arrives unexpectedly, the gas furnaces do not work or the gas furnaces do not work efficiently. The two of us often see events on the news where elderly folks are hospitalized or even have passed away because of insufficient Heating. This happens not only down here in the south, of course, however up in the north as well. It may be even more regular up north because the elderly people do not often know they can afford the luxury of heating, but obviously, gas furnaces are not a luxury in the winter. They are a necessity. I often find myself worrying about the people who live in nursing homes down here because all of us are not accustomed to using the oil furnace all the time. There are many years that go by when the oil furnace is not necessary. There are even people living plus working in these nursing homes who do not believe how to use a heater… Because of all that I find myself worrying a little plus hoping the nursing home situation is okay while I was in this unregular cold snap.If you have a loved 1 who lives in an assisted living facility or in a nursing home, please go check on that plus make sure that they have the oil gas furnaces working consistently in their rooms, plenty of blankets, plus perhaps a nice sweater or many to wear in order to take advantage of their own body oil furnaces. The owners wanted an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan installed that would satisfy the realtor & the people who purchased the house. I wanted to know how he knew the A/C component was the wrong size. He told myself and others to walk with him, & he would show myself and others what happened to the A/C unit. He showed myself and others the model number & then showed myself and others what the tonnage was. He then showed myself and others how much space this A/C component could respectfully cool without undue stain. They rated the A/C component for a apartment that was half the square footage that mine had. It was no wonder the A/C component didn’t labor well, & why it broke in less than several years, and unfortunately, I had to eat the cost of a current A/C unit, & this one would be more costly than the one the old owners had installed.

Mom was an avid seamstress & with all the people coming to her for special dresses, she told dad she needed a room just for her sewing machines, and she had taken over the spare study room for people to try clothing on, although she had her sewing equipment in the closet, then dad gave to build a room off the apartment where she could have her sewing machine, a fitting room, & a room for all her supplies, then the only thing he was unsure of was if they could extend the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan into that area; He called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company & asked if someone could look at the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system.

He said he thought the room was going to be too far away to benefit from the current Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system, then putting air duct through the concrete was going to be costly. He commanded they consider a mini chop Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan for the addition; After talking to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker, he asked about installing radiant heated flooring in the lavatory. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker told dad that could be done with electric heat tapes, it wouldn’t be anymore costly than what the people I was with and I were currently paying; Mom was finally going to have the sewing room she always wanted, with private areas for her paying buyers. The ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan & radiant heated flooring were just one more plus for her & her buyers, & she was going to teach myself and others how to sew.
