I was back to slinging paint with our buddy, who owns a painting company & had some work for myself and others while I am here in town.
I heard all about the latest & greatest & most of it was about cash & things.
I am glad I am not in this cash device enjoy I was. Seems enjoy all most people does is replace this & that on their condo & buy newer & bigger cars. It feels as though they are never glad where they are & are regularly looking for ways to spend their cash. The local company our friend owns could support myself and others for a long time just with a month of work. But for him, it is only enough to pay half of his bills each month. He is a local business & does HVAC component repairs & new upgrades, & his fiance also works full time at his job. They have three adolescents & he told myself and others they need to pull in $15k a month to survive, & I thought I had a lot of bills at $1250 a month! Wow, I could work 1 month a year doing heating & cooling repairs enjoy he does & take off the rest of the year. I live a truly straight-forward life & have a lot of free time on our hands, unlike our friend who seems to have filled every last minute with an obligation or some kind of work. I do some HVAC technology sales occasionally to make a little cash but nothing enjoy our neighbor has to do constantly.
