If you look out of the window in our office it looks like it could be a nice warm sunny afternoon. But when you go out on the balcony you discover that it feels about ready to snow out. It actually snowed Last week for about 30 minutes, which is pretty wild considering it has never snowed here before. I know the sky was very chilly plus the snow fell till it hit the ground plus melted. I don’t suppose it was below chilly Last week so it was pretty cool that it snowed a bit. I had our space heating systems both on high all afternoon Last week plus I bet it costs about $20 in power to do so. They aren’t very efficient to run but our central heat plus air unit needs to be cleaned before I run it because it is filled with dust from the HEPA filter to the air duct. I don’t want to disinfect it myself so I am going to call the local corporation plus see when they can fit me in. I’m okay with not having it function for a while because the weather is starting to warm up plus I won’t be needing to run the heat anymore. I just like to use the space heating systems as backup because they are both quite outdated plus eat a lot of power. My voice is shot this afternoon because I was singing with our buddy outside plus in a club the past more than one days. I know satisfied but can’t really talk well. I suppose it is because they had the air conditioner blowing directly at the stage plus the chilly air may have messed up our vocal chords or something. I need to drink boiling root coors with lemon this week plus just not talk at all. At least I don’t have to teach youngsters online anymore like I was doing each afternoon for years. I have a up-to-date robot vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter that is running as I style this. I’ve never had a robot cleaner like this before but they really got the technology down with this model plus it even mops the floors after vacuuming. I like that it has a HEPA filter in it because there is a lot of dust it picks up, which saves me from these flu symptoms which seem to consistently be bothering me. The air conditioner provider in our neighborhood also sells the robot vacuum cleaners but they charge a lot more than buying it online. This is taxing for companies I’m sure, getting undercut by large monster corporations like Amazon or Walmart. I try to buy our HVAC unit from the little boys but when it comes to saving a lot of money I have to go for the cheaper option. I suppose when the time comes to get our unit repaired though, I will for sure give them our corporation because they are local.

I’ve been having some problems with my Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system so I am going to have a business come out tomorrow to see if he can figure out the problem.

It’s absolutely Wednesday however I did so much stuff over the weekend as well as am so wiped out that I am going to make this month an easy afternoon for me. I normally go visit the old person HEPA salesman on Wednesdays however I am so weary that I think I will have to skip the visit. He told myself and others to come in as well as check out the new Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C technology in the store however I will have to wait on that. I just method on staying at home as well as doing a yoga as well as meditation session as well as possibly cleaning up a bit around the house if I think the motivation to do so. It’s almost prefer having a maid in our flat now with this robot vacuum cleaner.

I have all hardwood floors throughout and it does an amazing job cleaning them and even mopping afterwards.

It works right around our space heating system and tables without getting stuck anywhere, i really can’t sit vacuuming so this was such a gift when I thought about getting a single the other day, and now here it is! It has a HEPA filter too so I don’t have to worry about the dust getting past the filter in it. I know it cost myself and others about $125 and was well worth the price. Now I can focus on other things prefer cleaning our Heating, Ventilation & A/C system and keeping our windows clean. That is about all of the housework I have to do here except for dishes and laundry of course. They need to invent a washer that also dries the clothes without needing to take them out and put them in a dryer. Why don’t every one of us have these yet? They seem to have gotten the Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology down but are lagging a bit in the clothes washing and drying department. Maybe if I look online I will find a washer and dryer combination already out there. The new Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit is quite amazing with its ability to keep your home the perfect temperature year round. It is also honestly energy efficient, using not much more power than our hot water heater. I know if every one of us can harness the power of the sun for powering Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit every one of us would all be set.

I hate moving.

I get overwhelmed by all of it. Now, I must admit that I do like to purge, but at times, I find it hard to let go of certain things that I haven’t used or worn in over two years. Telling myself that I was saving them for one reason or another. I feel better after I let go because it removes the clutter from my home, and the less clutter, the less stuff I have to pack. Recently, I took a job in a new city, and I had to completely relocate. During that process, I tried to find an apartment to rent, but I couldn’t find one that I liked. In addition, I had no family or friends in the area, so there was no one to ask for help. My only saving grace was that my new company was able to find corporate housing with a month to month lease. The place was fully furnished, and it was super close to my job. It had a full-size kitchen and a washer and dryer inside the apartment. This is way better than living in a hotel, and it was cheaper than renting or staying in an Airbnb. This corporate apartment felt like home away from home, so it made the relocation process a bit easier. It also delayed the unpacking because the apartment had everything I needed. I wish I could stay in this corporate rental longer, but I have been looking at nearby apartments for rent, and I will soon sign a new lease.

When my husband talked about having a new HVAC system installed, I shrugged.

I knew my shrug upset him, because he was gritting his teeth.

He reminded me that for the last three years; I had complained all winter long about having poor heating. I never took my eyes off my book as I told him I didn’t complain about having poor heating. I complained because we needed a new furnace and had very little heat. Knowing my husband and how he hates to spend money, buying a new HVAC system would not be normal for him. I got to ‌where I felt that if it were not for poor heat, I would have no heat at all. This was a normal for me. As I went about my business, I heard my husband on the telephone. I knew it had to be something pretty important, because he sounded serious and he was doing a lot of listening and not just talking. Half an hour later, he asked me if I was going to be busy on Tuesday? I told him ‌I had no plans and asked if he had something in mind? He told me ‌he had to work on Tuesday, but if I was going to be home, he was going to tell the HVAC company to send their technician to the house. He wanted to have the house measured, and some information left at the house so we could choose a new HVAC system. Other than asking him if he was sure we could afford the new furnace and air conditioning unit this year, I kissed him on the cheek and thanked him.
