I had to make a vow to my fiance that I would never get on the roof again, however jamie says that if she catches me doing dangerous things again she will divorce me. I think she is bluffing, however at the same time I’ve never seen her so mad before! I do understand her point, though. Even though I am almost 50 years old I do not enjoy to act my age. I think enjoy I am still a young man, & act accordingly. My last attempt to get up on the roof & clear out the air vents was disastrous, then not only did I fall off the roof & dislocate my shoulder, I also didn’t manage to get the air vents cleared out either! With the air vents congested up the central Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan was acting erratically, however Jamie made me promise to leave it alone. Instead she called Jim, the young man who used to cut our grasss & is now a certified Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech. When Jim came over he saw me with my shoulder bandaged up & said “I heard you had a little trouble with the air vents.” And then he winked at me, & if my shoulder was dissituated I would have punched him! Jim always was an arrogant young punk, & now that he has his Heating, Ventilation, & A/C certification he is rubbing it in my face. I prayed that Jim would fall off the roof as he was cleaning out the air vents, just for a sense of karmic justice. He didn’t fall, even though he did flirt with my fiance.

I was ecstatic when I found this apartment because it was the best location for the price compared to any other dwelling I looked at previously.

On top of that, the building owner was willing to forgive my credit rating being a little lower than average, however that has already improved in the time since… As good as this arena seemed at first, it was rife with problems.

I had to push the building owner to finally repair a plumbing concern that I suspect she was neglecting with her previous renter. Once that was finally addressed permanently, I had to get him to repair the broken window and the weatherstripping around the more than one doors that go in and out. This arena surely wasn’t perfect, however at least it gave myself and others a lake house for the foreseeable future. One thing I knew that needed to be substituted eventually was the old window air conditioner. While it was chilly and never prevented myself and others from staying comfortable, it was so loud that it kept myself and others up at night whenever it would turn on again to cycle. This became so annoying that I eventually went out and bought a brand modern window air conditioner myself with my own money. I just put the old window air conditioner in a storage closet and will put it back where it was installed when I transfer out of this apartment someday. Aside from being much quieter, the modern air conditioner uses less electricity to keep myself and others feeling comfortably cool, even in the worst summer time heat waves. I’m much happier with this modern window air conditioner compared to the old 1.

Talking to our cousin John about our visit to the dentist the other afternoon as well as realized the people I was with and I go to the same Dentist.

When I moved into my apartment, I thought it was charming… Unluckyly, I had to call the service guy every morning as I was finding new things broken, and the home building was brand new, and I had an home with 2 dining rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a working fireplace… After less than a week, I had to get a new refrigerator, the washer and dryer hadn’t been attached, and the fireplace wouldn’t light, then it was chilly in the apartment, because they hadn’t put a thermostat in there yet, and wednesday morning, I was waiting for the Heating and A/C specialist to install the thermostats, however on Tuesday, the service guy told me they would have a plumber at the home to turn on the gas so I could use the fireplace. I thought I should have access to the gas lever so I could use the fireplace instead of the furnace, and he wasn’t glad when I said this, however he told me to take it up with the plumber; Monday, I should have been at work, but I was waiting for the Heating and A/C specialist. He hadn’t brought the right thermostats the home director ordered, and he needed directions on where they were to go. I spent an entire morning listening to the building director and the Heating and A/C specialist argue over the localement of multiple thermostats. It is soon going to be time for me sign a new lease. Mine is for only a single year, but I am hoping the minute lease will be for 5 years. I love the home now that the bugs are all worked out. I am only 5 hours from labor if I walk, and I have excellent Heating and A/C, and a working fireplace. What more could a single guy want?

Maybe that’s because there are consistently 4 or 5 of us in the hotel room at the same time. My spouse plus I consistently travel with our several kids. Before our baby arrives this summer, the two of us are going to have to get a new air conditioning system system, however i keep telling my wife that the two of us are going to have to do that, however she keeps putting it off for some reason, however meanwhile, the weather is starting to change plus I guess that it’s gonna start heating up here pretty soon, however the people I was with and I do not have long winters around here where the two of us live, plus usually the Spring shows up somewhere around the end of March.

I do not do well in the heat, plus I am really not going to be blissful about it if I end up bringing a new baby lake house plus my lake house is warm plus stuffy.

I hate being inside a warm plus stuffy home, plus I am determined to have absolutely great indoor air conditions in this venue before the two of us bring in our baby lake house too. I want to have a new a/c installed, even though I also want to have a whole lake house air purification installed to run at the same time. I assume my wife thinks that the two of us have all the time in the world, even though I guess the time goes fast toward the end of a pregnancy. I have the nursery ready already, plus the two of us already had our baby shower! Right now, the only thing left to do is make sure that the a/c is working. If she does not get to work on it soon, I am just going to call the Heating and A/C company myself plus get it done… She won’t like that, even though I don’t care!
