There was a time about a decade and a half ago where I was living in an apartment complex.

• I ended up breaking the lease and moving out 6 months early because they refused to fix the central heating and air conditioning system! It was over one hundred degrees outside and my air conditioning was not working.

So I called the front office and they sent some real slimy looking fool up that was supposedly their on site heating and air conditioning specialist. He walked in and said “feels cool in here to me!” and walked out. Saying that there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning and that it was me. If this was the case why did the thermostat read that it was 90 degrees! They refused to fix it and I was starting to get pretty sick. So I finally just packed a few bags and went to a local hotel. From there I called a lawyer and set the wheels in motion to break the lease and get out of there. In the meantime so I did not go broke, I went and stayed with a friend in the area while I looked for a new place that had working air conditioning. Once I found the place and got things in motion, I just abandoned the apartment and did not pay rent for the next month. The legal aspect of it all took care of everything and of course I won the case. Because they would not fix the central heating and air conditioning system. That will teach them to mess with me!

I can remember the old swamp coolers that were around before there was portable air conditioning systems.

They were really a joke unless you lived in a climate that wasn’t too hot in the summer time months of the year.

You may as well have just had a floor fan and put some dry ice in front of it! That is how weak swamp coolers were. I do not even know if they still make swamp coolers or not. It really would not make sense if they did because portable air conditioning system units are where it is at today. Portable air conditioning systems even in their early stages blew away swamp coolers by a million! But now today, portable air conditioning systems are the most top of the line that they have ever been. As much power as portable air conditioning systems have today are comparable to a really good window air conditioning system back in the day. Sometimes if you are running a portable air conditioning system you may even forget that you are and think you are running your central heating and air conditioning system’s cooling! I do not miss swamp coolers in the least. They were possibly the most ridiculous form of portable cooling to ever exist. I do not know why people even bought them. A window air conditioning system that was small would even do a better job than a joke of a swamp cooler! You have to agree with me on that fact if you know anything about air conditioning.

I recently bought one of the most brand new and up to date portable space heaters on the market today. And I have to tell you that I was pretty surprised that they were so small! This had to have been the smallest space heater I have ever seen in my whole entire life! And the biggest amazing thing of all was that this super small portable space heater could put out some real great heating. It was literally able to heat the bedroom that I put it in within a matter of 5 minutes. I am not joking or making things up here! And as a matter of fact, this portable space heater was able to be so powerful that I had to actually turn it off after about 20 minutes because the room got way too hot all together. The portable space heater really impressed me with it being so small and being able to put out this kind of heating. This just goes to show you how great heating and air conditioning technology is today. Heating and air conditioning technology has advanced so much in the last several years that today it is possible for amazing things like this small portable space heater with the amazing power to even exist. Portable air conditioning systems from what I understand are also just as powerful today. Although to be honest I have not bought a modern, brand new and very up to date portable air conditioning system as of yet. But after experiencing this small but very powerful portable space heater, the portable air conditioning system is up next!

I went on a nice picnic with my wife and kids last weekend.

And the air quality was really nice. Because the air quality was real nice we were able to enjoy the day more so than we would have had it not been a good air quality day. I have had picnics in the past that had real bad air quality going on and it was sometimes so bad that we had to leave early! But not last weekend. Last weekend’s picnic was extra nice because of the air quality. I enjoyed the day and so did the wife and the kids. There hasn’t been a better day in a long time to be totally honest with you all. Next weekend we are planning to go and have another picnic so long as both the weather and the air quality are just as good. We will have to see. But as far as I can tell the weather is supposed to be nice along with the air quality still remaining good. I know that the next few days though it is going to rain. But it does not matter because I will be at work and not even thinking about a picnic. But all I can say is that picnics are only good if it is nice and sunny and the air quality as well as the temperatures are good. You would not want to go on a picnic if the temperatures were so hot that all you could think about was being home in the indoor comfort of your central heating and air conditioning system’s cooling!

I couldn’t understand why I was smelling gas in the basement… For the last two days, the smell of gas was getting stronger, and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, however my pal and I had a gas furnace, and I was getting nervous, but at first I wasn’t nervous.

• My pal and I had recently had the fuel tank filled, and i thought the gas delivery person may have leaked some gas when he filled the tank; When the gas smell got worse, I called the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer.

I wanted someone to look at the furnace to make sure there was nothing wrong with the furnace. I knew what could happen if a gas furnace broke, and I wanted nothing to happen to my family. When the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman arrived, he went all over the furnace, although he found nothing wrong; The only thing he found was that a mouse had chewed a hole in the gas line, then luckily, there were no open sparks around the gas line, and no one had struck a match or caused a spark. The gas fumes would have lit quickly and possibly caused an explosion; He said the gas needed to be cleaned up officially, and the gas dealer would need to come back out and repair the gas line. He also recommended my friend and I have an exterminator come out and get rid of the mice. I thanked the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman and told him he may have been a lifesaver. He shook my hand and headed out the door! Now, my work was going to begin, so I got on the iPhone to call the gas dealer, get someone to get rid of the gas that leaked into the ground, and an exterminator so it didn’t happen again.

My partner went downstairs last year because it was time to change the air filters in the furnace.

He came upstairs laughing, because he said the furnace was marking its territory.

I looked at him with concern, and that’s when he realized what he said. My associate and I both went downstairs, and there was oil coming out of the linkor that went from the oil tank to the furnace. I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company and asked them to look at the furnace and the oil linkor. The woman who answered the iphone said it looked like a easy repair and asked if I minded if they sent a up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman to the house. I asked my partner if he minded if they sent a up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman to the house, and he said he didn’t care. He just wanted them to send the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman to the house as soon as possible. The next day, there was an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman knocking on the door. He said he was there to work on the furnace and showed us his up-to-date ID badge. He looked at the furnace and said he didn’t know what to do when the problem was with an oil linkor. He just learned how to work on the furnace. My partner took a deep breath and grabbed the kids’ tools. He pulled out a wrench and tried to tighten the linkor, but it wasn’t toiling. He called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company and asked if he needed an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman for a pipe linkion, or should he call a plumber. They sent a old Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman to the house.

Our basement was so frigid that my fiance often stored items that needed some refrigeration in a cupboard she had down there.

She made dozens of candy eggs for Easter every year.

They would all go downstairs where they would dry out until she could put chocolate on them. One afternoon, she was talking about turning the basement into a Summer living room. She could do all the candy for Christmas and Easter, and make cakes for family and friends without disrupting our family. I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company and asked them to come out and assess the basement. My associate and I wanted to make sure my friend and I could put heating and air conditioner into the basement so my fiance would be comfortable. When the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman arrived, he looked at the entire basement. He said he could possibly put heat in the basement, but extending the air duct, however he couldn’t get the air conditioner in the basement. After asking what else my friend and I could use, he said a ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system would work well. There were only a few small windows, so a window air conditioner component was out of the question. I agreed to the ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. He checked the space and said one component would be all my friend and I would needed and he put the order in for the ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system; By the end of the week, I had the business busy to come in and the ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system was being installed. My fiance took one look around and asked where she was going to put all the candy now that it wasn’t as cool downstairs. I had to buy her a up-to-date refrigerator and a stove.

The next afternoon, there was an HVAC professional knocking on the door. He said he was there to labor on the boiler plus showed us his current ID badge. He looked at the boiler plus said he didn’t know what to do when the problem was with an oil attachor. He just learned how to labor on the boiler. My partner took a deep breath plus grabbed the kids’ tools. He pulled out a wrench plus tried to tighten the attachor, but it wasn’t working. He called the HVAC company plus asked if he needed an HVAC professional for a pipe attachion, or should he call a plumber. They sent a ancient HVAC professional to the house.

My child wanted me to put an cabin in our basement so she would have some privacy.

After talking to my partner about the basement apartment, he came up with some good objections, then she was only eighteen, and she would have a private entrance, and my friend and I wouldn’t have control over who was coming and going in our home. My partner proposed my friend and I put an cabin in the attic. It would be a little more work because my friend and I would need to put Heating and Air Conditioning up there, although she and any guests would need to come downstairs to use the powder room in the hallway. My pal and I could arrange the room to see if any men were coming and going. They would also need to enter through the home office or family room, because there were no private entrances to the attic. I told my child that if she wanted an cabin in the home so she had privacy, my friend and I would put one in the attic. She thought that was okay, although she asked about Heating and Air Conditioning. I told her my friend and I would get a mini split ductless Heating and Air Conditioning system and she would have heating and air conditioning up there. The attic was big enough that she would have a family room and a sitting room. She then asked about a powder room. My partner turned the conversation back to the Heating and Air Conditioning system. She looked at him and asked if she was still going to need to use the family upstairs powder room and the main entrance? He said it was only until my friend and I could afford to put a powder room in the attic. He ignored the private entrance question.
