I had to redo all the drywall in the space, spray for bugs and repaint everything. The room actually smells decent now and there is no more standing water. It was so much time, effort and money to get the plumbing in that unit normal again.

I also didn’t want to get into a water heater replacement a year down the road. I took the guy up on his offer. While I remodeled the closet, he got me my tankless water heater.

It is just too hot in my area
My area is so hot that it is unpleasant. I used to live in the north and summer was the highlight every year. We would maybe get around two months of warm outdoor weather. It wasn’t warm enough to warrant owning an air conditioning system. However, it was nice having a window fan blowing cool air across me. Quickly the nights became cold and it was time for heating again. Now that I moved down south, I miss the cold weather sometimes. It is hot all the time here. The winter season is maybe two weeks. I basically run my AC system 24/7. The summer is just unbearably hot. Everyday it is 90 degrees by 4pm. I really like to workout in my outdoor shed. Unfortunately I don’t want to splurge on a cooling system. That means my shed is always around 80 degrees every time I work out. I check the local weather and it is 80 degrees by 10am everyday. Really the best temperature to work out would be around 4am and it still isn’t that cool. During this time of year I just expect to feel hot and sick everyday. I don’t have a swimming pool either. I think I am going to need to invest in a shed air conditioner. I also will need to adjust my life to the heat. That means I will need to be active at night and maybe sleep during daylight hours. I need to channel what my cat does since he seems to be the smartest one in the house.

I could not know when I took our car to the custom auto shop to have an easy window tint put on our car’s windows.

There is always abundant work in public defense and prosecution, especially if you’re willing to live in the state capital. However, a year of working in criminal law soured Michael’s stance toward it and he took the opportunity to shadow an attorney at his firm who was a prominent business lawyer. Now that Michael is also a business lawyer, he’s much happier at work every single day. One of his biggest clients operates the leading men’s apparel outlet store in the state. Despite having his hands full every week at work, he still manages to get time for himself on the weekends to spend with his family or doing his hobbies at home. I can see why he prefers being a business lawyer opposed to a criminal attorney.
I used VCT floors for my hair salon

It doesn’t resemble a garage anymore. When I was in the remodeling process I had such a hard time deciding on what style of flooring. I knew that I would have a lot of loose hair, water and chemicals spray and hit that floor. I also knew with chairs moving in and out and with me walking around the flooring it had to be tough. I looked up vinyl flooring and everyone proposed it was a bad idea. While it is cheaper, the vinyl needs to be replaced and replaced frequently. The floor pulls up in places and can tear easily. Also, since it is quite porous the flooring doesn’t do well with lots of water. A better alternative that is still cost effective was called VCT flooring. It uses parts of the vehicle and cork. The installation is much quicker and it is far cheaper than tile. For a company guy love me, VCT flooring installation was the smartest choice. What is good is that I have a cleaning corporation that does everything for me. They did all of the VCT flooring installation and they also offer cleaning and restoration on it as well. I frequently call them to do VCT floor cleaning after 2 to 3 weeks. Every year it is requested to strip and wax the flooring as well. I can call my same contact and not worry about a thing. They are reasonably priced, right in town and my one stop shop for all my flooring needs. They were as fantastic of a find as my flooring.
