I just got word the other day that I was getting a major promotion at our work.

My job is as a heating plus a/c specialist for the local heating plus cooling supplier here in town.

I have been working as a certified plus helpful heating plus a/c specialists for about 7 years now. And finally they will give me a huge raise plus a promotion. I am going to be 1 of their top 3 chief heating plus a/c specialists. What it means to become the chief heating plus a/c specialist is that I will have to train then track the most current hires that come in right out of heating plus a/c school by going out on work sites with them the first few times in the event they need some additional help or training on the work site. This is going to be a tiring job but the pay is going to be real wonderful plus a lot higher than what I have been making as an official heating plus a/c specialist at this local heating plus cooling supplier. I guess that I am going to be great at this position. Also I will recognize that I am wonderful about teaching plus helping the brand current heating plus a/c specialists on the work. I recall when that was me 7 years ago. I got wonderful help from the then chief heating plus a/c specialist so I am going to be over the moon to be the chief HVAC worker right now. I am in line to help others like I once was. It is called giving back to the business with more currency to boot!

When I am shopping for a more current plus up-to-date central heating plus A/C unit, the way I want it is only the best! What I mean by that is I want to purchase the actual best in HVAC brands whenever I choose a brand new, up-to-date plus actually powerful central heating plus A/C unit.

I will take our time plus either do our research on the internet or I will visit the heating plus cooling dealership to spend all day in there if I have to.

I will just want to ensure that I have selected the best possible heating plus A/C no matter what the cost of it is. I guess what heating plus a/c brands are the best I can get. And what I will do is look for sales on those heating plus AC units that have the best brands on sale. I also will look at the SEER ratings on the central heating plus AC units as well as the actual heating plus cooling brands. And I recall it took me about 3 hours of being in the heat plus a/c store shopping around until I found the central heating plus A/C component that was right for me within the best heating plus cooling system brands that were discounted that week. I ended up making out pretty darn good!

Being an independent heating plus a/c specialist has a few advantages occasionally! Like last Hanukkah when I was at a family party which was being held at our uncle Nadav’s house, right during the middle of the Hanukkah holiday the central heating plus A/C broke down. It was something that otherwise would have killed the holiday plus the whole family would have had to go back home, plus our uncle Nadav plus aunt would have had to go to a hotel until they could get the local heating plus a/c supplier to send over a certified heating plus cooling specialist to service their central heating plus A/C. But because I am an independent heating plus a/c specialist, all I had to do was go back to our house, grab our tools plus then come back plus service the central heating plus A/C. And that is exactly what I did. It took me a little under an hour to get it back up plus running once more. My dream since I was a teenager was to earn my certification and be a heating plus a/c specialist like our Gramps was in his time… So when I graduated from high school instead of going to the university I signed up for night courses at a local school to become a heat plus a/c specialist plus get our certification.

This took about forty weeks of difficult jobs plus dedication.

But when all was said plus done, I ended up acing the final test plus getting our certification to be able to job as a heating plus a/c specialist in the local heating plus cooling business somewhere plus anytime. I ended up getting our initial job with a local heating plus a/c supplier shortly right after I graduated. Then from there I eventually went on our own plus becoming an independent heating plus a/c specialist. And as of this week, I have been going strong for almost 30 years now in the independent heating plus a/c repair business. It was all because I followed our largest dream plus thrived to make it become a reality. By doing this I became actually successful in our own heating plus a/c business. I am feeling cheerful plus proud that I got this far plus that our heating plus a/c business is going great plus will not be going somewhere anytime soon. I hope to keep this up another 10 to fifteen years plus then be able to retire all together plus sell our independent heating plus a/c business to a tech who is young plus full of life just starting out like I once was.

My smart thermostat has experienced some serious concerns lately. But the worst issue was when it lost all control of itself, plus started turning on by itself plus making our lakeside house feel so overly hot! I had to leave plus go to a hotel for the night! I have been hearing about smart thermostats for a long time; Almost every single person I guess has 1, but myself! That was until this past weekend. I finally decided to head out plus find a smart thermostat for our central heating plus A/C. And I am so glad that I finally did this. I had no idea what I was missing! Just for the convenience more than anything else is the largest perk about using it, and having a smart thermostat now makes it so I can go ahead plus control our central heating plus A/C from virtually somewhere. I can also program the smart thermostat to come on or off whenever I want on whatever setting I want. It could be for the heating or it could be for the a/c unit. I can have the temperature be whatever I need it to be as well with this programmable smart thermostat. I now see why so many people I know have been raving about the smart thermostat. It certainly is 1 of the finest things to come along in this week’s heating plus a/c technology without a question of a doubt. Having a new smart thermostat is also going to save me a lot of currency on energy usage too. That on top of everything else makes the smart thermostat the largest heating plus a/c miracle since I can’t remember when. I will be enjoying the new smart thermostat for years to come I think. It certainly seems to be the absolute best!

I just got out of heating plus a/c night school plus I found a job now working for 1 of our local heating plus a/c companies in the area.

This was the first day of work.

It was rather stressful and hectic to be totally frank. But I managed to get through the day plus l acquired a lot of valuable hands-on experience when it came to repairing central heating plus AC units, however my 1st heating plus A/C unit I repaired went actually smooth shockingly. I thought that I was going to get stuck plus not guess what I was doing. But the most wonderful thing was that as soon as I started repairing the central heating plus AC unit, everything that I acquired in heating plus cooling school came back to me almost immediately. This was the most wonderful thing. I certainly payed attention in class plus I have acquired everything there was to guess about heating plus a/c repair. By having that knowledge I was able to get our certification plus pass our final test to become a heat plus a/c specialist to begin with. I assume that I am going to have a wonderful job in the heating plus a/c business. This experience made me recognize real wonderful about it after I got through our first heat plus cooling system repair job. I am only hopeful that the future will be just as easy! I’m looking forward to a very long plus enduring job in the heating plus a/c business for sure!

Living in the desert area of the state is something that is actually weird than you would imagine, then especially in the Winter time weeks of the year.

When it gets this frigid it becomes a very weird and uncomfortable kind of cold; It is like being in a deep freezer or something.

It is this dry frigid that makes our flu-like symptoms act up almost as disappointing as it does when it is super humid, the indoor air quality here is just disappointing in general, but when you get the dry kind of cold weather, it is no different. It also makes your skin recognize dry plus tight. This is why I use both a humidifier plus a whole lake lake house air cleaner in our home. Between the whole lake house air cleaner plus my humidifier it helps keep everything in the lake house much better. The air quality is better plus the air is not so dry. Then when I run the central heating plus A/C unit’s heater, it pans it out with the whole lake lake house air cleaner going. This dry coldness is pretty terrible. I just don’t like living in this area of the country all together. But because I use our whole lake house air cleaner plus our humidifier it makes it much more bearable. I was busy with some early Springtime cleaning to make room for the gifts I had obtained during Christmas break.

I had all my old clothes out for charity & was putting them in a pile when I noticed a very dark, very sinister spot in the back of my closet. I wasn’t sure what it was, however my mind immediately turned to mold. I called the local Heating & A/C supplier & told them I had black mold growing in my closet. I took all my clothing out of the closet & washed them in a very kind of special detergent, & kept the closet door open until the Heating & A/C worker named Max arrived. It was just a small patch of mold, even though Max said it looked love I may have a leak around the chimney. That meant I had to get my roof repaired to keep the leak from coming down the chimney. I also had a nasty little draft in the closet. I would have thought the air movement would have kept the mold at bay, even though I was wrong. Max checked out the walk-in closet & said there was an air vent in there, however it wasn’t letting air through. When Max opened the air vent, he chuckled. He asked if I had lost anything lately. There was a dirty blouse jammed in the air vent. I remember putting it down there 1 night because of the air coming through the air vent, & I was fearful it would take the color out of my black dress. Max said if I hadn’t put the blouse in the air vent to block the air, I may not have the mold, & I was very fortunate it hadn’t caused a fire.
