It’s not at all the sort of experience I was hoping for. But at least I got the whole family out of the central air conditioner of apartment for a camping trip. This was a trip that I had wanted to do for a long time. I grew up in a region where the fall weather is just perfect for camping. And that region offers so many beautiful arenas to experience nature. Along with miles and miles of trails, there are endless wonders to behold. When I was a kid, I was consistently out in the wood instead of inside the air conditioner of the house. But my parents brought me up camping and I took to it as though it was second nature. I’ve kept that going as an adult but it’s been limited to solo trips or camping excursions with like minded souls. That’s because my family entirely does not like to get out of the heating and cooling comfort of our home. I do not know it’s so much the Heating and A/C they miss as it is all the other comforts of home. So when I commanded that my relaxing friend and I go camping this past fall to experience my apartment region, I didn’t get much of response. But this was something I entirely wanted my family to experience and experience together. So I ended up having to compromise when it came to the type of camping trip my relaxing friend and I made the choice to go on. Instead of being out in the wilderness, my relaxing friend and I ended up vehicle camping in a campground. There were showers, kitchens and even wi-fi. But the toughest thing for me was to include a space furnace since my relaxing friend and I had an electrical hookup at the campground.
