But selling the house was indeed the toughest both physically and emotionally. We’re very close to retirement so obviously, we are in our 60’s. She helped us prioritize all the necessary upgrades that we needed to do to our home. There were a lot of things. My wife and I thought we could do most of them in order to keep the costs down. That proved to be super challenging. But when it came to the HVAC equipment upgrade, everything went beautifully. Of course, that was thanks to the wonderful HVAC professionals at our HVAC company. These are the same HVAC professionals we’ve been using since we moved here more than 30 years ago. True to form, they were once again essential when it came to getting the right sort of HVAC equipment in our home. This is the second time we’ve replaced the heating and cooling equipment. But this time, we wanted to get the latest in HVAC technology in order to add as much value to the house as we could. The HVAC company was all over it and got us just what we were looking for. Thanks to the renovations and the new residential HVAC, we were able to get our asking price for our home.
