We weren’t two weeks into being cooped up inside the central a/c of our house before I knew that I needed my own space, but for one, I particularly didn’t like having to share the a/c inside the small house office with my wife.
Much of my work requires a lot concentration as well as focus.
But my wife spends much of her afternoon on the PC talking with purchasers. Sharing a small space like that can be particularly challenging. I just could not ever not sort of listen to her conversations which kept me from focusing on my work. But getting a locale of my own, where I could absolutely do some work, was not going to be the easiest thing. Initially, I tried resting under the Heating plus A/C air duct at the family room table. But there were constant interruptions given the fact that all of our children were also house schooling online. So there just particularly wasn’t anywhere inside the central a/c of my house that I could go for some privacy. That’s how I ended up with a ductless heat pump in my garage. It was particularly the only space that was left in my house. So I had the local Heating plus A/C company come out as well as install some residential Heating plus A/C. And after that I put an office in the corner of my garage. It absolutely worked out just fine while I was at house during the pandemic. And I love it now as it’s a great spot to be quiet or to go out as well as do some tinkering. Whatever the interest, I sure do care about the quality heating as well as air gave by the ductless heat pump.
