One of my preferred things in life is being a big sibling.
I know that it sounds childish to say “big sibling,” but I do not know how else to express what it is like. My sibling looks up to me so much, as well as it has entirely made me evaluate the things that I do as well as the reasons that I do them since I know that she is seeing me, then she is ten years younger than I am, so we did not play much together. I was out of the home by the time that she was eight. Now, she is eighteen as well as in university. I cannot believe how quickly time flies by. She is going to a small university a few hours south of my parents’ house. She is living in the dorms, however they are not the nicest! They are not terrible, however the a/c does not work really well in her dorm room, so I decided to buy her an a/c to put in her window. I made sure to ask if that would be okay since the university would have to pay more on electricity, however they said that it was fine since the A/C did not work well in her room. It was super sweet to see her reaction. She was super surprised as well as happy to have an a/c that worked. I knew that she always loved sleeping in a cool room, so I cannot imagine how taxing it was for her to sleep when her room was warm. Hopefully, the a/c that I got her will help her get some much needed rest.
