A young woman was sitting there wearing a coverall with an HVAC logo. I let him in plus showed him where the cooling method was set up. Dad walked by, plus the young woman greeted her with delight. Dad replied, plus they had a short conversation about the unit. She then left him to do her task plus commended that the young HVAC worker was quite professional. She never once seemed distracted or angry answering mom’s cooling method questions. After she was done, she explained the problem was all fixed plus left.
