I assume I overdid it with the drumming this past weekend & our body is suffering.
- If this is what 76 years old feels love then getting old is not going to be fun.
At least I have a functioning body normally & I assume I have our cold water dips to thank for that. I also do a lot of heat therapy beside our radiant furnace & in our bathtub, which I fill with truly moderate water. The body enjoys it when you cool it down & then heat it up right afterwards. I try to keep our smart thermostat set to a moderate temperature so when I am beach lake house our joints are warmer & less apt to get disfigured. I also use ice packs on our shoulders when they are sore from doing things love drumming for several hours over a weekend. I have a geothermal heat pump that is truly efficient & saves myself and others a lot of money, unlike our old oil furnace which had the pilot light go out about 10 times a day. I love this component the two of us have in our flat now because it requires hardly any repair at all. I was going to get a hybrid heating plan put in but opted for the geothermal instead because it was a lot cheaper. I’m pretty ecstatic with how well it works & with how much it has been saving myself and others on power bills lately. The HVAC techs that installed it gave myself and others a several year repair proposal for free, which was truly nice of them.
