I’m not sure what happened to it, but our heat pump is making a definitely loud noise & I had to shut off the central heat in our flat. It wouldn’t be a big deal but it has been truly cold outside for the past month & our flat is the same inside. I have a couple small radiant gas furnaces in the attic but it is such a hassle trying to get them out of there that I don’t even bother. I know I could ask the friend next to myself and others if her child could crawl up in the attic & grab the heaters. I could spend our money him with a new HEPA filter for their HVAC component or just supply him some cold taxing cash. I assume she is about 20 years old & that is 35 years less on her body than mine so I’m sure it wouldn’t be a big deal to do. Maybe I could contact the HVAC company & ask them if they could get out here tomorrow to repair the heat pump if I paid them a bit extra. I don’t assume they are that scheduled right now so maybe they have some free time to help me. They’ve had this heat pump repair supplier here for the last 20 years & have built up quite a big buyer base so they must be wonderful at what they do. I don’t think much when it comes to repairing the pump so it’s just better that I do not even try to repair it. I’ll get them on the horn now & ask.
