A quick Heating & Air Conditioning change leads to better air quality

I suppose adore I’ve spent more time inside the of my house the past more than one years than I ever have.

  • Of course, that has everything to do with the pandemic.

Unfortunately for me, I have the double whammy when it comes to Covid. I live in a region where transmission was simply off the charts as nobody wore masks & didn’t get vaccinated. Then to add to that mix, I have a genetic health condition that would put me at risk for the worst that the virus has to offer. So I stayed home in the When the office with the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning reopened, I stayed home in my own I got all the vaccines & shopped when the store opened. I haven’t seen the inside of a diner in more than one years. But the nurse straight told me that’s what I had to do. She also encouraged me to get more fit & do what I could to strengthen my immune response. I did just that as I continued to live & work inside the of my home. Then it dawned on me. I could improve the indoor air pollen levels to further strengthen my immune response & add to my overall health. The media air cleaners were a bit out of my price range. But switching to a HEPA filter was right in my wheelhouse. And it has made a tremendous difference when it comes to the indoor air pollen levels of my home. I’m in better health too which helps me suppose a bit more confident as I eye going back to the office & engaging in a few more activities outside the of my home.
