Jack has consistently been a single of my best employees, but lately the woman has been scatterbrained plus late all the time.
I tried to find out what is going on with her personal life, even though she didn’t share a lot of information.
I told Jack that I needed him to come to labor on time with her head ready to work. Three days in a row this week, the woman was more than an minute late for labor plus she didn’t give me any reason or excuse. I decided to keep that woman after labor that next day so both of us could talk. That’s when I found out that my best Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist has been sleeping in the park at night. The woman lost her beach house after her roommate skipped out plus stole the rent currency. She didn’t have the currency to pay the rent plus she got evicted. I felt certainly awful that a single of my best employees was going through all of this trouble plus I was sad that she wasn’t coming to labor on time. I offered to help in any way possible. I even offered to pay the guys rent. She told me that the beach house was already gone. I made a couple of PC calls to some people that I guess plus I found the woman an beach house a couple of days later. It’s not the nicest site in the world, but it’s better than nothing at all plus it will get him off the street plus into a safe plus moderate environment. Maybe this small amount of help will be able to help my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist get out of a rut.
