It’s no longer an embarrassment to open the garage door. That’s a large change for me, however for the better part of the last decade, I was too ashamed of the state of my garage to even open the door! Plus, there was so much junk that I absolutely didn’t want to open the door to have it spill out into the driveway. That’s how bad it got. And what’s unusual is inside the central a/c of our home, it’s so disinfect and organized, and yet, my wonderful friend and I were forever just tossing stuff my wonderful friend and I didn’t use or didn’t want to deal with out into the garage. The smells alone we are so intense that I had to keep extra weather stripping on the door leading to the garage. Finally, I just couldn’t take it any longer; I provided almost everyone honorablewarning to get what they wanted out of the garage or it was going to charity or the dump. And I followed up on my warning with action. It took 3 weekends of near constant effort to finally get the garage disinfect and organized. But it was well worth the effort. Once I realized that this was a wonderful space, I called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealer. My pal and I live in a region where my wonderful friend and I deal with a lot of heat and humidity. I wanted to be able to go outside in the garage to tinker at my current workbench while in the summer. There was no way that was going to happen without some a/c. So the Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor installed a ductless heat pump to provide the cooling comfort I needed. It’s absolutely nice to be able to open the garage door without embarrassment. Yet, it’s even nicer to keep it closed while in the summer time to prefer the a/c I get from the ductless heat pump.
