Tons of kids from all over the area will be able to play games, have snacks, and do all kinds of fun things if we are allowed to do it.
We are supposed to be having a really big kids’ event at our church next month but I just found out that the heating system broke down in the event center. The winter temperatures around here last for months at a time, and so there is no way that we are going to be able to have the event if the heating system isn’t fixed by then. The event center gets really cold inside if the heating system isn’t running correctly. There really isn’t that much insulation in the building at all and so the heat that is in there ends up going right through the roof. I know that the event is going to be a whole lot of fun if we end up being able to have it the way that we are supposed to. I just know that it will be great if we can get the heating system fixed. I thought that the central heating system would be working but apparently there is something wrong with it. The commercial HVAC company said that they would come out to take a look at it, but so far they haven’t had time in their schedule to come out here for an appointment. Maybe once the commercial HVAC technician checks it out, he will be able to get the heating back up and running again before the event happens.
