They had chosen the cheapest Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method they could find. It didn’t matter if it was sized to fit the house, or if it was energy efficient. The owners wanted an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method installed that would satisfy the realtor plus the people who bought the house. I wanted to think how he knew the AC component was the wrong size. He told me to walk with him, plus he would show me what happened to the AC unit. He showed me the model number plus then showed me what the tonnage was. He then showed me how much space this AC component could correctly cool without undue stain. They rated the AC component for a condo that was half the square footage that mine had. It was no wonder the AC component didn’t work well, plus why it broke in less than more than eight years. Unfortunately, I had to eat the cost of a new AC unit, plus this 1 would be more lavish than the 1 the old owners had installed.
