I had to know what happened to the old air conditioner component before the people I was with and I had a current one installed in the Springtime.
I wanted to have all our ducks in a row, & know if I had done something wrong, that caused the air conditioner component to chop after only several years.
The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker told myself and others that some of the older air conditioner units were built more cheaply. This was a cheaper A/C component that had been installed to make the apartment sell more swiftly. It was apparent the old owners wanted to sell swiftly, however no one wanted a apartment that didn’t have Heating, Ventilation, & A/C installed. They had chosen the cheapest Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan they could find. It didn’t matter if it was sized to fit the house, or if it was energy efficient. The owners wanted an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan installed that would satisfy the realtor & the people who purchased the house. I wanted to know how he knew the A/C component was the wrong size. He told myself and others to walk with him, & he would show myself and others what happened to the A/C unit. He showed myself and others the model number & then showed myself and others what the tonnage was. He then showed myself and others how much space this A/C component could respectfully cool without undue stain. They rated the A/C component for a apartment that was half the square footage that mine had. It was no wonder the A/C component didn’t labor well, & why it broke in less than several years, and unfortunately, I had to eat the cost of a current A/C unit, & this one would be more costly than the one the old owners had installed.
