Mom was an avid seamstress & with all the people coming to her for special dresses, she told dad she needed a room just for her sewing machines, and she had taken over the spare study room for people to try clothing on, although she had her sewing equipment in the closet, then dad gave to build a room off the apartment where she could have her sewing machine, a fitting room, & a room for all her supplies, then the only thing he was unsure of was if they could extend the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan into that area; He called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company & asked if someone could look at the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system.
He told them he was building an addition on the apartment & wanted to know what he could do for Heating, Ventilation, & A/C.
when the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker arrived he checked the air duct, gas furnace, & air conditioner unit. He said he thought the room was going to be too far away to benefit from the current Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system, then putting air duct through the concrete was going to be costly. He commanded they consider a mini chop Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan for the addition; After talking to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker, he asked about installing radiant heated flooring in the lavatory. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker told dad that could be done with electric heat tapes, it wouldn’t be anymore costly than what the people I was with and I were currently paying; Mom was finally going to have the sewing room she always wanted, with private areas for her paying buyers. The ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan & radiant heated flooring were just one more plus for her & her buyers, & she was going to teach myself and others how to sew.
