My granddaughter told her Grandpa she wanted a playhouse for Christmas.

I didn’t think the little extra this year was going to be so luxurious. She not only got a playhouse, but it could have been our first apartment. She found a used tiny lake house plus picked it up for a little of nothing, however there was a working bathroom, a beach house bedroom, plus a small porch out front. The only thing it needed was up-to-date siding, a roof, plus a up-to-date Heating plus A/C system. The inside was pristine, plus the plumbing worked well, but it needed to be hooked into someone else plumbing plus electricity. Instead, our wife plus son-in-law ran pipes from the lake house to the tiny house, plus set up an electric line for the tiny house. They spent 3 weeks redoing the tiny house, so she could have her own playhouse. The sewer was an simple decision, but neither of them knew what they wanted to do with Heating plus A/C. My wife commanded they get a single component mini break Heating plus A/C system. They sold them at our local Heating plus A/C corporation, plus it wouldn’t cost much to have it installed. She has now had that playhouse for almost many years, plus practically lives there.
