This was easily one of our third times experiencing summer weather. The two of us were easily raised and born and then had most of our life spent up to the South until a recent move. The gas furnace was efficient up North but man it was costing a fortune for us to heat up the condo for more than a couple of weeks during the winter. After the two of us moved down south, all of us did not hardly have to run the heat pump at all. There were many mild Winters as you could regularly imagine. I have been outside in the sun and winter is a time when all of us were not going to be prepared. The only real course for our action is to continue to overuse the air conditioner during the very first summer. The air conditioner also proved to regularly be a problem because it continually shut off and on and that was causing a lot of issues as well. We knew that it was time to seal up all of the condo and then get the shades to stop all of the direct Sunshine from coming in and causing more heat and humidity.
