It’s a crazy world these days.
Who knew that the results of easily getting into health and wellness would end up feeling so amazing? I mean, I think in some ways, feeling better was the desired result when I chose my health over my appetites.
But getting more fit and active in my fifties has been an interesting sort of thing. Some days are great and some aren’t. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to sit around inside the central air conditioner comfort of my house. These days, I’m looking to get out of the residential Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C more than I’m looking to be in it. I spend plenty of time inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C of the office that I don’t need to add any additional time. In fact, since I’m eating considerably healthier, I’m bringing my food for lunch. And instead of eating in the actual break room or at my desk, I eat outside in an adjacent courtyard. That spot is genuinely good with high hedges and these wonderfully manicured trees. I appreciate picking out a venue based on the season. Since it’s been the hot season, when I venture outside of the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C cooling of the office, I’m looking for shade and a gentle breeze. But the best section of the year is directly around the corner. And this is when I can venture out of the shade for some enjoyable sunshine on my dome. Yea, while I’m quite grateful to have a condo with good quality heating and air, I’m really appreciating my time out of the central air conditioner comfort as well.
