I need a/c in the summer months or I end up getting bad headaches.
This is the weirdest thing, which has only started to happen over the past couple of years.
Maybe bizarre things just start happening as I start to get older. I don’t know why it’s happening, but I have made a correlation between aging and feeling overly boiling plus then getting bad headaches while in the summer months. When I talked to our doc about it, the only thing that she had to say was that she thinks I should try to avoid getting that hot! I can’t suppose I paid money to have someone tell me that. Anyway, I have been avoiding getting too boiling while in the summer. If I have to be outside for any length of time, I take a nice cooling towel with me to keep on our neck plus that helps a little bit. However, most of the time I have to be in the a/c plus that proves to be a problem sometimes, then during the summer, it’s brutal to stay inside all the time whenever all of the fun activities are outdoors. I have always wanted to go kayaking a lot more than I have been able to this year plus that’s been pretty frustrating, but I have to keep these headaches away. One thing that I have been doing to help myself is sitting in our motorcar plus turning the a/c to full blast for a while whenever I have to be outside for any length of time. Any time I can cool down in the A/C for a while seems to help me avoid getting headaches.
