The only thing that he actually cared about as far as the apartment particulars went was the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. He told the realtor that he actually wanted a high efficiency air conditioning plan plus a stadium with radiant heated flooring. Since he was getting this giant promotion, he could actually afford just about anything that he wanted at that point. He also told her that he wanted a wood burning fireplace in the bedroom plus another a single in the study room. Since he provided her all of those particulars, it was simple for her to find a stadium for him. The apartment is beautiful plus best of all, once all of us got married, I got to transport in there with him too!
