My husband and I have always been real connoisseurs of coffee.
We love all kinds of beans, but dark roast is the best coffee, that’s for sure. I know that a lot of people don’t really take things like that seriously, but my husband and I are not that type of people. Sometimes we wonder how we used to live back when we didn’t use fresh ground beans from organic coffee companies. Anyway, we have become what you might call coffee snobs. We don’t like any of the coffee around here, and we think that we are better than everyone who drinks that rubbish. We have decided that we are going to open up a little coffee shop together and right now we are working on the heating and cooling aspect of the coffee shop. We want to make sure that we have really great indoor air quality inside of the coffee shop because a lot of places around here don’t. We figure that if we can’t draw people in with our delicious coffee beans, we will draw them in with their wonderful indoor air quality. During the summer, people really like air conditioning, but you have to have it at just the right levels. We are going to be really careful about keeping the thermostat settings just right so people will feel very comfortable inside of our shop. That way they will not want to leave, and then they will buy more and more coffee from us. I think we will also put in a gas log fireplace so that it will feel nice and cozy inside.
