I’m not sure what happened to it, but our heat pump is making a really loud noise and I had to shut off the central heat in our flat.
It wouldn’t be a big deal but it has been honestly frigid outside for the past week and our flat is the same inside.
I have a couple small radiant oil oil furnaces in the attic but it is such a hassle trying to get them out of there that I don’t even bother. I know I could ask the buddy next to myself and others if his child could crawl up in the attic and grab the heaters. I could spend our money him with a new HEPA filter for their Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit or just supply him some frigid hard currency. I know he is about 20 years outdated and that is 35 years less on his body than mine so I’m sure it wouldn’t be a big deal to do. Maybe I could contact the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company and ask them if they could get out here tomorrow to maintenance the heat pump if I paid them a bit extra. I don’t know they are that tied up right now so maybe they have some free time to help me. They’ve had this heat pump service company here for the last 20 years and have built up quite a sizable customer base so they must be fantastic at what they do. I don’t think much when it comes to repairing the pump so it’s just better that I do not even try to maintenance it. I’ll get them on the horn now and ask.
