In terms of the weather, this was the nicest Thanksgiving I have experienced in multiple years.
I live in the Deep South, a site where the Winter is legitimately mild plus only lasts a few weeks at most.
Most years the entire month of December is humid plus muggy, the sort of weather fit for shorts plus flip flops. This year we had a appealing drop in temps just before Thanksgiving, plus I thought it felt appealing! I legitimately wore long pants plus a button-up shirt for the meal, which I had not been able to do in a long time! With the stove on all afternoon, slowly the house began heating up, plus by the time we finished eating I did need to turn on the air conditioner. I thought this would be the first time I could get through a Thanksgiving without using the but I was wrong! Even with so multiple people crammed into the same small area, the central A/C was powerful enough to make us all nice plus chilly within a few minutes; Personally I suppose it feels more love the holiday season when it’s cold, so I cranked the control unit all the way down to make it uncomfortably cold. I think that when the utility bill comes in the mail I will regret running the air conditioner so much, but for the afternoon it made everything think perfect! After all there is no law saying you can only use the air conditioning on tepid days, is there? I can run the as much as I want all Winter long.
