Bree was in high school when she got her first job. At 15, all her friends had jobs, so she also found one. It felt good having her own money and not needing to ask her mom. Plus, she’d surprise her with gifts and groceries now and then. Her first job was in a fast food place, but later she got a small position at an AC business. Her boss had come to their school to speak about the opportunities in the HVAC industry. She understood that not all kids wanted to go to university. So, she outlined the opportunities available in the vast HVAC industry. Later, Bree approached her, applying to be an intern at the company. Her boss was impressed by her courage and told Bree to see her after school. Her first job was at the AC business store, where they sold HVAC equipment. A year later, she began training as an HVAC worker with the staff and loved it. Bree told her mom she wanted to go to HVAC school after high school and get her certification. That’s exactly what she did, and 2 years later, she was a full-time employee at the AC business. All through her studies, Bree had the most accommodating and loving boss. She always took her time to train Bree about the business and even once commented about taking over the business. Bree knew she wanted an AC business of her own and would love to take over after her boss one day. In the meantime, she keeps sharpening her skills and loves interacting with homeowners.
