When you labor as a heating plus AC serviceman most of the people that you will encounter I would say are friendly, well meeting people who are just down on their luck with their Heating and Air Conditioning system, for 1 reason or another, they’re heating plus cooling systems are not working; However maybe it’s just their furnace that is not working, or they’re cooling system, and maybe it is not working because it’s old, or maybe it is not working because the owner hasn’t had any service or tune-ups done on it in forever. I am trying to separate note is why having regular service plus tune-ups is substantial. Regardless of the actual reason that it is having trouble functioning, I am there to service it plus most of these people that I encountered are really kind individuals. They just want to have their heating plus AC system fixed so they can go back to like the cool air or the warmth from their furnace on a frosty day. However every now plus then you do get that 1 woman or 2, that are just not nice people plus unfortunately on our most recent Heating and Air Conditioning run this was the case. A couple was having trouble with their electric gas furnace that had broken down on them. It was because they neglected plus did not provide it the proper service plus repair it needed. When I told them to stay flipped out on myself and others plus got miserable at myself and others for telling them…the truth. Some people just do not love to hear it. I repaired their furnace as quickly as I could plus was cheerful when I got out of there
