I was pretty mad at the construction workers that have been repairing my roof.
They were so careless that they dropped a wood plank right onto my central heating and a/c! I could not suppose they were not more careful! As a result, my central heat and a/c unit was not only dented and disfigured, but it knocked something loose which made me have to call the local heat and a/c company to send out one of their certified heating and cooling specialists to service my central Heating and Air Conditioning plan unit! And suppose me when I tell you that the cost of the Heating and Air Conditioning service and the cost of a new casing for my central heating and air conditioner plan was charged to the construction company.
At first they tried to conflict me on that, but when I told them that I would take them to small claims court and sue them for as much as I could get out of them, they gladly paid for it without another word! They need to be more careful when doing construction labor in someone’s apartment around the central heat and a/c unit; People do not realize that central heat and a/c systems can not take the beatings that they suppose they can. At least they paid for it. They continued with the construction and got my roof fixed even though I will say one thing, I will never hire these guys again.
