I thought the Winter weather was finally gone Last weekbut now the un-even temperatures dropped again & I found myself outside getting snowed on Last month for a few minutes in a neighborhood that never sees snow. I had to crank our central furnace last night because it was so cold outside. You think it’s going to be a cold night when while I was in the day the skies are totally orange. There were no clouds to keep the heat down so it all escaped & cooled our neighborhood down to a frigid 27F last night. I normally sleep with the window open in our home office but last night I would have frozen myself if I did it. I easily had to bring in our little gas space furnace to heat our home office because the central furnace doesn’t heat it so well. I know the two of us have a few more weeks of cold & then it should be moderate again & time to run our a/c. I need to test it out to make sure it is cooling down the flat acceptablely so I am prepared when the two of us get our first heat wave. There is a company down the street that does repair & if I assume I need some help I will be sure to ask them. The cooling representative that works there told myself and others they can offer myself and others a repair proposal which would save myself and others money in the long run instead of paying for each repair or repair job. I’ll go down there later & talk to the woman to see what it would cost.
