A crazy idea that my friends had was thinking that they were going to manage to completely repair and renovate the ancient lake house.
My friends purchased this lake house last year and they were expecting it to be ready within a short time.
To keep a long story short however, that is not how it has gone for them. Among the biggest issues for them has been getting their Heating, Ventilation and A/C system in order. After various calls to Heating, Ventilation and A/C companies around the town to check if they had the capacity to install a new Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit into their aged lake house, my friends were mostly met with rejections or vague responses. There was even a time where a guy told them they were crazy and then hung the call on them. It wasn’t until my friends reached out to the last Heating, Ventilation and A/C business on the list that they were able to get the help that they needed. As soon as this Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation’s repair worker showed up to their lake house, he was able to diagnose the issues my friends were having and what the new course of action needed to be moving forward. The issues were all solved on this initial visit and all of the material he needed was located in his truck. This same day Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair ended up saving us so much time, cach, plus energy so my friends could begin focusing on other things in the lake house. With the Heating, Ventilation and A/C situation taken care of however, it looks like the other issues my friends are facing won’t be nearly as quick or easy to fix.
