Making the attic a dining room with ductless Heating & Air Conditioning

I am regularly ready & willing to help out my youngsters. My only rule is that they can’t just come to me for a handout or leave a problem in my hands. I’ll do dang near anything for my children but I also want them to be section of it too. So when my oldest daughter came to me about no longer sharing a room with her sister, I listened. All of us sat together alone in the & she honestly laid it all out for me. She had lived with her sister since her sister was born. Now, she honestly wanted to have a space of her own. Plus, she was the middle child & honestly didn’t want to wait til her sibling left the house to get her own room. So every one of us got to thinking & that’s when she advised moving into the attic. There was no heating & cooling up there but it was a finished room. There was electric & a plywood floor that she said she could cover with a rug. She even measured to see if a bed would fit through the smaller size door leading to the attic. All of us brought my wife into the conversation & it all seemed quite doable except I didn’t want her up there separate from quality heating & air. Again, this child amazed me with how much she had thought this all out. She brought out information she’d printed off from the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor website. It was all about ductless heat pumps & just what they could do. That daughter of mine is now up in the attic & glad as she can be. That ductless heat pump every one of us had installed was even better than flaunted.
