A quick Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C change leads to better air quality

I think love I’ve spent more time inside the air conditioner of my beach house the past several years than I ever have.

Of course, that has everything to do with the pandemic. Unluckyly for me, I have the double whammy when it comes to Covid. I live in a region where transmission was simply off the charts as nobody wore masks plus didn’t get vaccinated. Then to add to that mix, I have a genetic health condition that would put me at risk for the worst that the virus has to offer. So I stayed home in the air conditioner. When the office with the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C reopened, I stayed home in my own air conditioner. I got all the vaccines plus shopped when the store opened. I haven’t seen the inside of a eating establishment in several years. But the dentist straight told me that’s what I had to do. She also encouraged me to get more fit plus do what I could to strengthen my immune response. I did just that as I continued to live plus work inside the air conditioner of my home. Then it dawned on me. I could improve the indoor air pollen levels to further strengthen my immune response plus add to my overall health. The media media air cleaners were a bit out of my price range. But switching to a HEPA filter was right in my wheelhouse. And it has made a tremendous difference when it comes to the indoor air pollen levels of my home. I’m in better health too which helps me think a bit more confident as I eye going back to the office plus engaging in a few more activities outside the air conditioner of my home.
