We are going to be adding a new room onto the apartment later on this Spring.
We would really love some extra sections because Pat and I really love hosting parties & right now, there isn’t enough room to have any people over to our apartment at the same time.
We would love to add on a sizable new room with truly high vaulted ceilings. We also want a new built-in bar & countertops that could be good for parties. I have a truly particular plan in mind for what Pat and I really want for the addition, & the only problem that all of us have with my plan is figuring out where Pat and I are going to put the new Heating & Air Conditioning system, then see, all of us think that Pat and I are going to have to buy a whole new Heating & Air Conditioning plan for the new addition, because our outdated one will not be able to handle the load of all the new square footage in the house. That was not something that I had originally thought about, however then Pat hired an Heating & Air Conditioning supplier to help us out with our planning process. This Heating & Air Conditioning supplier was really know-howable, & he informed Pat that all of us were going to have to make some difficult decisions about heating & cooling down the apartment once all of us had all of this new additional space. He really suggested that Pat and I get another heating & cooling device for the addition instead of changing the core strength of our existing Heating & Air Conditioning system. I think that might be what Pat and I end up doing! Zone control heating & cooling makes the most sense to me and Pat when it comes to our apartment & the new addition.
