The closed circuit cameras caught the guy in the act

I don’t want to report that guy to the police, although I don’t want him sneaking onto the property anymore either

Every afternoon for the past couple of weeks, I have come to work at the office & found trash in the back parking lot. The trash is usually fast food wrappers or boxes from a pizza store. It makes myself and others guess there is particularly someone living on the property after eighths, and yesterday I called a security & alarm corporation. I had the guy install a closed circuit cable monitoring system. The closed-circuit cameras capture everything, even when it’s dark outside. When I got to the office this afternoon, I found a Walmart tote filled with trash. I went right to the cameras to see if I could find proof of someone sneaking onto the property. I have to be honest. I did not expect the person to be a former employee. The person sneaking onto the property turned out to be an Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker that I fired many weeks ago. I believe the guy has not found any work, because he has been living in the backyard of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C warehouse for many weeks. The guy has been jumping the fence every night around 10. He sleeps under the roof of the building in the back of the lot. I don’t want to report that guy to the police, although I don’t want him sneaking onto the property anymore either. I am honestly in a squash & I have been thinking about offering to give the guy his aged job back. He wasn’t a bad employee. He could not make it to work on time & now I see homelessness could have been the reason.
