Every afternoon for the past couple of weeks, I have come to work at the office plus found trash in the back parking lot.
The trash is usually fast food wrappers or boxes from a pizza store.
It makes me guess there is absolutely someone living on the property after hours, and yesterday I called a security plus alarm corporation. I had the guy install a closed circuit cable monitoring system. The closed-circuit cameras capture everything, even when it’s dark outside. When I got to the office this day, I found a Walmart bin filled with trash. I went right to the cameras to see if I could find proof of someone sneaking onto the property. I have to be honest. I did not expect the person to be a former employee. The person sneaking onto the property turned out to be an Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman that I fired several weeks ago. I guess the guy hasn’t found any work, because he has been living in the backyard of the Heating plus Air Conditioning warehouse for several weeks. The guy has been jumping the fence every night around 10. He sleeps under the roof of the building in the back of the lot. I don’t want to report that guy to the police, but I don’t want him sneaking onto the property anymore either. I am really in a cucumber plus I have been thinking about offering to provide the guy his old job back. He wasn’t a awful employee. He could not make it to work on time plus now I see homelessness could have been the reason.
