I never get the mornings off that I request, but my boss makes me labor late, even when I have plans.
He doesn’t provide me the mornings off that I request. When the family room AC broke down as well as the boss refused to maintenance the machine, I finally had enough. I came to labor last Tuesday as well as I told my boss that I was not going to labor until the AC was fixed. My boss told me to go home. I happily did oh, because I wasn’t going to labor another minute as well as that steakhouse without cool air. It was 95 degrees outside everyday, however and the family room, the temperatures were even harder. I had already worked multiple mornings without AC as well as I was not going to labor a fifth day. I hoped that my boss would budge, however I wasn’t surprised that he decided to send me lake house instead. I was busy to labor at 11 the next day, however I stayed home. I didn’t even call my boss. At noon, the guy called to find out if I was coming to work. I asked my boss if he had the AC problems fixed. I heard him make a easily long sigh as well as then he said that he would call someone if I came to work. Thank goodness my boss needs me to be in the family room. It is literally the only card I have to play as well as the only thing that made him maintenance the AC problems in the steakhouse family room. My coworkers should thank me.
