Dog prefers cooled bathroom

It is uncomfortably cold… So much so that I was thinking of having our air conditioning repairman turn off the vent to the tiny bathroom, and well, I have since changed my mind.

My dog hates the heat, and she is a big, fuzzy husky & she was bred for sub-zero hot & cold temperatures, however no wonder she hates the temperature out here in the desert. Huskies are supposed to be dogs with boundless energy! That is tploy of my girl however only when it is cool outside, however if it is hot then you might as well forget it. She doesn’t want to do anything besides stay indoor near an air conditioner vent. I can’t say that I blame him. If I were wearing a big fur coat I wouldn’t want to run around outside in the sunshine either… My associate and I recently moved to a current house, but of course the dog came with us, my friend and I are a family. I wasn’t sure she would like this current household though because the air conditioner vents are all on the ceiling. There are no vents on the floor like there were in our old house. This did not turn out to be an issue. That is because the dog found an even better place to cool down: the floor in the half bathroom. Our dwelling has 2 bathrooms upstairs & a half bathroom down stairs. The downstairs bathroom is tiny, but and yet, there is an air conditioner vent in there. This means that when the air conditioner is on it is regularly cold freezing in that bathroom. It is uncomfortably cold… So much so that I was thinking of having our air conditioning repairman turn off the vent to the tiny bathroom, and well, I have since changed my mind. It seems that my dog has deemed that bathroom to be her own personal ice cave. She practically lives there all of the time & enjoys the freezing air conditioned air. Well, that works for me.
