I love to do things myself when I can. I have hardly any tools left to do so now after simplifying our life plus moving into a new flat. This site doesn’t need much from me in the line of handiwork as our owner handles most of the issues now. I do need to substitute our shower head but I believe I can afford that on our own. Or maybe I can take it off the rent but I’m not sure about things love that plus would rather not bother the owner with such trivialities. He did say he’d pay for the duct sealing plus cleaning as our machine is starting to show some signs of wear plus tear. It’s truly not a important job plus I believe they can do it within a day or 2. The local supplier on our street is quite slow so now is the perfect time to call him plus get a bid for cleaning our air conditioner, too. It’s been a long time since anyone has come out to repair the machine so I believe the owner won’t mind if all of us have that done also. I believe our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C ducts are accessible from everywhere in our flat so they should be able to wash it plus repair the tape truly quickly. I’ll even help them with moving ladders plus taping if they want me to assist them. I have an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C license plus worked in an air conditioner company for a few years so I believe I am qualified to do the work.
