My area holds a holiday Winter time festival every year, but all kinds of vendors turn up and tourists flock to our area. The group of us have jewelry, clothing, shoes, music plus all sorts of food vendors. Any local business would be stupid to pass it up, and for years it was a struggle for me to attend, being a small restaurant, I didn’t have a lot of cash to set up a stand, however my speciality is paninis plus overheated drinks. That meant I needed electricity plus plumbing in whatever setup that I had… I couldn’t just bring a folding table and call it a day. Any sort of van with that unit was seriously costly and I would be stuck with it forever. Thankfully I found a turnkey solution with a shipping container corporation. They offer shipping container living rooms. It is a portable shipping container that has a real like set up inside. I have electric, plumbing plus HVAC. The shipping tote is small and has a bar top set up, however so anyone in the Winter time festival can come up plus order, however not be in our living room. I have plenty of space to store all our extra food plus equipment… What is nice is that the festival lasts for a week. It is easy to seal up everything plus the tote locks. I leave it in our rented area plus come back the next day. What is attractive is after the month is up the shipping tote facility picks it up for me. I just pay a small fee to rent it out for a week.
