I love living in a location where it’s warm all the time. It’s always so sunny and bright here. Such a big difference compared to where I originally came from. I originally came from the cold regions of the North and it seemed like it was always overcast over there. Worse, I always had to run my heating system because of how cold it would get especially during the winter. Because I was constantly living in a cold climate at the time, I was always having to make sure that my heating system was well maintained and taken care of. You don’t want to make the mistake I did where I didn’t take proper care of my heating system and then have it break down in the winter. Do you know what happened when my heating system broke down that winter? I had to go and pay for an emergency HVAC repair because the temperature outside was below freezing. As you can probably imagine paying for an emergency HVAC repair was not inexpensive by any means and so it is for this reason that I go and make sure that I regularly have my heating system tuned up and repaired because I don’t want to have something like that happen again. Now that I live in a sunny area though this is now a problem of the past, well I still have to worry about maintaining my air conditioning system during the summer months is nothing like having to maintain my heating system. For one thing and if my heat system goes out it’s not like I’m going to freeze to death anymore! I’m fortunate enough to live in a sunny climate that isn’t super hot. It is warmer in the spring and summer months because nothing that I can’t handle. I love living here.
