Sitting at home, watching the football game, eating some chips with salsa on a Sunday is one of my favorite past times.
I set everything up and sometimes friends show up which is always a plus but if I’m home alone it’s just as good for me.
Sitting in my house with the air conditioning on is a bonus. I’m not a fan of going to the stadium with several thousands of fans screaming for our team to win. It’s ok if we’re winning but if the game is close or we are going to lose, then some fans turn into jerks. I just want to have a good time and if my team does lose then it’s whatever. I don’t get upset over something I can’t control. During commercial breaks, I try to get up and stretch out a bit or grab a beverage from the refrigerator. It’s usually 1 out of every 3 commercial breaks I do this because there are so many during a game. I guess when it comes to the football game itself, there are far too many commercials. Then there was an HVAC maintenance commercial to remind us that winter is coming and we should contact our local heating and cooling company for any HVAC related needs. That reminded me that I should contact the local HVAC company just to get my HVAC system check out to make sure it’s good to go for the winter. Winter is fast approaching and it’s essential that my HVAC system is in proper working order because it gets ridiculously cold where I live.
