It is pretty awesome when you think about how portable heating and air conditioning is much better today than it was 20 years ago or so.
Today, when you get a portable space heater or a portable air conditioning system they are so powerful that they can heat an entire room really fast.
Back in the day, portable space heaters and portable air conditioning systems could not do this. They would only be able to heat or cool a very small space and they were a lot cheaper as well due to this fact. But really when you think about it, the portable space heaters and portable air conditioning systems were not really portable. The portable space heaters were very heavy and clunky. And the portable air conditioning systems were more or less the same. You could not easily move them from room to room like you can with today’s very powerful portable space heaters and portable air conditioning systems. So I have to say that I am very thankful that today’s portable space heaters and portable air conditioning systems are what they are today. I have 2 of each of them to both help save energy use as well as have them on hand for heating and air conditioning emergencies if my central heating and cooling unit was to go out at a very odd time of the day or the night. It saves me from having to go to a hotel if I can not get HVAC home services.
