The only place that the heating system is working at our house right now is in the master bathroom.
I don’t really understand what the problem is with the heating system in the rest of the house, though.
I don’t know anything about heating systems at all, so there’s no way that I can figure it out on my own. I know how to change the air filters and I know how to set my thermostat unit, but that’s basically the gist of my HVAC knowledge. The whole house is cold except for the master bathroom, for some reason. The rest of the house won’t get warm and all of the heat seems to be staying inside of the master bathroom. It wouldn’t be so bad if I wasn’t working from home right now. Since I have to do a lot of video calls, that means that I have to set up my computer and all of my equipment in the bathroom since that’s the only warm place in the entire house. It’s really awful to have to work from the bathroom all the time, though. I wish that the heating system were working correctly in the rest of the house, but I don’t know what to do about it. I am going to have to call the local HVAC company to make an appointment with them to see what the problem is, though. There’s definitely something wrong, but maybe it’s something to do with the ductwork. I hope it isn’t the furnace itself that’s torn up because I don’t have a lot of money to spend on a furnace repair.
