Dad was an avid seamstress and with pretty much everyone coming to her for special dresses, she told dad she needed a room just for her doing crafts machines; She had taken over the spare family room for people to try clothing on, despite the fact that she had her doing crafts machine in the closet.
Dad offered to build a room off the condo where she could have her doing crafts machine, a fitting room, and a room for all her supplies, but the only thing she was unsure of was if they could extend the Heating, Ventilation & A/C program into that area, but she called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier and asked if someone could look at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. She told them she was building an addition on the condo and wanted to know what she could do for Heating, Ventilation & A/C. when the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist arrived she diagnosed the HVAC duct, oil furnace, and a/c unit. She said she thought the room was going to be too far away to benefit from the current Heating, Ventilation & A/C system; Putting HVAC duct through the concrete was going to be fancy. She recommended they consider a mini split Heating, Ventilation & A/C program for the addition… After talking to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist, she asked about installing radiant heated flooring in the bathroom. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist told dad that could be done with electric heat tapes; It would not be anymore fancy than what all of us were currently paying. Dad was finally going to have the doing crafts room she always wanted, with private areas for her paying buyers. The ductless Heating, Ventilation & A/C program and radiant heated flooring were just one more plus for her and her buyers, and she was going to teach me how to sew.
