My granddaughter told her Grandpa she wanted a playhouse for Christmas.
Her birthday was Christmas day, plus she consistently got a little extra. I didn’t guess the little extra this year was going to be so extravagant. She not only got a playhouse, however it could have been our first apartment. He found a used tiny lake house plus picked it up for a little of nothing, then there was a working powder room, a lake house study room, plus a small porch out front. The only thing it needed was new siding, a roof, plus a new Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. The inside was pristine, plus the plumbing worked well, however it needed to be hooked into someone else plumbing plus electricity. Instead, our fiance plus son-in-law ran pipes from the lake house to the tiny house, plus set up an electric line for the tiny house. They spent 3 weeks redoing the tiny house, so she could have her own playhouse. The sewer was an easy decision, however neither of them knew what they wanted to do with Heating, Ventilation & A/C. My fiance commanded they get a single unit mini split Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. They sold them at our local Heating, Ventilation & A/C company, plus it wouldn’t cost much to have it installed. She has now had that playhouse for almost 8 years, plus practically lives there. She told us she wanted to live there when she turned sixteen, although she needed a new Heating, Ventilation & A/C system again. The air conditioner wasn’t working and it did when she was a kid. Her father plus Grandpa went to neighborhood plus obtained a new mini split Heating, Ventilation & A/C system plus had it installed.
